Help Wanted: Fall Festival Prep in Full Swing!

Preparations are underway all this week for the Fall Festival, and we need everyone’s help:

• Set-up Is this FRIDAY, September 10, at the school. We need many more volunteers beginning at 5:30 Friday afternoon. If you can help, sign up online today!
• We also need help making pretzels on Friday at the St. Albert parish center. Pretzel-making begins at 1:00 PM until approximately 7:30 PM—come when you are able and stay as long as you can! All ages; no experience necessary; sign up online.
• We need help on Saturday evening running the beanbag tournament. We are looking for a few people who are not competing to help in the late afternoon and early evening. Sign up here.
• Arts and Crafts items needed for sale at the festival. Donations of handmade items will be accepted from all parishioners on Saturday, September 11, from 9:00 AM to noon at St. Michael Catholic School. (Enter through the Mary Garden back door and proceed down the steps.)
• We need fruits, vegetables, flowers, and homemade canned goods for the Country Store. Donations can be dropped off at church this week or Sunday morning after 8:00 AM at the Country Store booth on the school grounds.

In addition, each parishioner is assigned a volunteer group to make deciding where to help easier for you, but you can serve anywhere you like. The festival itself is this Saturday and Sunday at St. Michael Catholic School (across the street from the historic church). Complete details and online signups are on our Fall Festival webpage. You can also register for the online Silent Auction and preorder Chicken Dinners for curbside pickup.

Finally, don’t forget to sell or purchase your Grand Raffle tickets: $10 each for a chance at thousands of dollars in cash prizes. See you at the Fall Festival!
