Important Updates About the Historic Church

In case you missed them in Father Park's email last week, we have two important pieces of news to share regarding our historic church:

• First, we have a temporary tenant renting the building for their church services. Free Grace United Church in Elk River lost their previous facility and has signed a six-month lease while they look for a permanent location. We are working closely with them and our school to ensure the space is usable for everyone who needs it.
• Second, Father is in the process of forming a small committee of parishioners to consider the future of the historic church. We will need to decide how best to maintain and use that building and property going forward. The archdiocese has much to say on this topic, and we will be reaching out to the parish community for input as well. Please pray for the Holy Spirit’s guidance for our parish on this important topic.
