Lent & Easter at St. Michael

- THE STATIONS OF THE CROSS
  
  Recall His Passion
  
  We will pray the Stations of the Cross as a community beginning Friday, February 24, through Tuesday, April 4, in the social hall (our temporary worship space):
  
  Every Friday at 7:00 PM (with music)
  
  Every Tuesday at 11:00 AM (with no music)
  
  Please join us in this beautiful meditation on the passion and death of Jesus as often as you are able.
  Living Stations of the Cross is scheduled for Palm Sunday, April 2, and Good Friday, April 7, both at 8:00 PM in the nave of the church. It's a beautiful tradition at St. Michael -- we look forward to seeing you!
  
  If you have younger children, consider coming to Children’s Stations of the Cross presented by the Sacred Heart Homeschoolers on Monday, April 3, at 6:30 PM in the church!

  Our April Mercy Night is moved to Thursday, March 30 -- it is also our Lenten Individual Penance Service. Join us at 7:00 PM for Adoration, praise and worship music, and several priests hearing Confessions (no prayer ministry this evening).

  Join In His Sacrifice
  
  Join us during Lent for a simple supper of meatless soups and bread, every Friday from 5:30 to 6:45 PM in the gathering space. Then, come our temporary worship space in our social hall to prayer the Stations of the Cross.

  Our liturgy schedule for the Triduum and Easter Sunday is as follows:
  
  Holy Thursday: April 6 at 7:00 PM
  
  Good Friday: April 7 at 3:00 PM
  
  Holy Saturday (Easter Vigil): April 8 at 8:30 PM
  
  Easter Sunday: April 9 at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 11:00 AM
  
  Note: We will not have a 5:00 PM Mass on Holy Saturday or a 6:00 PM Mass on Easter Sunday.
- DIVINE MERCY NOVENA and Celebration

  Our Lord said, "I desire to grant unimaginable graces to those souls who trust in my mercy" (Diary of St. Faustina, 687)
  
  Join us in praying the Divine Mercy Novena, which begins Good Friday, April 7:
  
  Instructions on how to pray the novena, as well as a wealth of information about the Divine Mercy Image and more can be found on the Marian Fathers Divine Mercy website.
  
  Our church also has pamphlets available in the kiosk in the gathering space.
  
  The Relevant Radio app also has the Chaplet under Pray / Audio Prayers, and it is prayed daily at 3:00 PM on the radio at 1330 AM.
  
  Everyone is invited to celebrate the Feast of His Divine Mercy on Sunday, April 16, at 3:00 PM at St. Michael Church. We will sing the Chaplet of Divine Mercy in front of the Blessed Sacrament, venerate the Divine Mercy image, and celebrate the sacrament of Reconciliation before concluding with Benediction. A dessert reception will follow.
