Church Renovation Underway; Mass Moves to Social Hall

The interior renovation project for our church is underway and scheduled to be completed by Palm Sunday, April 2. This has several implications for our parish:

• Our worship space is now a construction zone. For your safety and that of the workers, please do not enter.
• Mass has moved to our new social hall and gymnasium until the work is completed.
• Confessionals are temporarily relocated to two rooms off the back of the gym.
• We are currently unable to livestream Masses.
• The 11:00 AM Mass on Sunday will feature Latin and chant, but will not be ad orientem.
• We have very limited use of our social hall and gym for other events and until the church reopens.

Currently, St. Joseph Hall is configured for 500+ people with room to kneel between the rows of chairs and arm-chairs along the back for handicapped or elderly parishioners. Overflow seating will be in the gym; the sound system between the spaces is connected, and we will have sufficient liturgical ministers to bring Holy Communion to the gym, as well. Please bear with these temporary changes and pray for the successful and safe completion of the church project.
