Please complete this form for all students in your family who want to join the Youth Choir.
Open to youth in grade 5 and up
Sings at 9:00 AM Sunday Mass roughly once a month
Rehearses 3:45 to 4:45 PM on Wednesdays beginning
September 18
No musical skill is required to join
Suggested donation of $50-$100 per family
Youth Choir donations can be paid via check or cash at the parish office. (Online donation coming soon!)
